A note posted to the door told Russell that Gavin was running late.  “Make yourself at home, I’ll be back around noon.  Sorry for the delay.”  With a half hour to burn on a beautiful day, Russell decided to take a walk and clear his head.  His family still thought he was dating Leonie.  He thought of his dad watching the Lions play the Packers before turkey was served.  Would that be the best time to tell him?  Hey Dad… Oooo, Holding, fifteen yard penalty.  That’s a shame.  So while we’re on the topic, I’m gay.

bitters on the cruise

A Philippine man tended the bar in his fancy maroon vest and fake gold pocket watch chain.  The president of the company staggered up to the bar.  Everyone in the bar staggered.  The cruise boat finally set off to into the ocean and the drinks poured freely with no tab.

“Hi, I’m…”

“I know, yes, Hello.  My name is…”

Whoah! the bar called in unison as the boat enters rough waters.

While clutching the bar with no shame, the introductions advanced to learning a bit more about the exotic, or more so eclectic, nature of growing up in Northeastern Wisconsin.

Not so far away, on the planet Funk, there lives the Hypnopotamus, a creature of intense powers.  Boasting many rich cultures, the planet Funk is famous for cohabitation through music appreciation.  It is said that Hypnopotamus was solely responsible for instilling this world peace through his almighty groove powers.
One day, the evil Dr. Buzzkill plotted to soak the colorful planet Funk with his new invention, “Utter Dull.”
